Educators and Therapeutic Professionals

Amidst the growing use of technology, children desperately need more active play, sensory exploration, and down-time.  Why?  Because development, learning, and socialization happen in the body.  Given the bombardment of stimuli it’s understandable that children, with fewer coping and filtering skills, are particularly vulnerable to being dysregulated and stressed.

We believe that it is vital to teach self-care and practice self-regulation in order to help children (and ourselves!) settle their nervous systems, develop executive functions, and be available for learning.  We are committed to empowering you to enhance well-being, learning, and social-emotional intelligence with movement & mindfulness tools and practices that fulfill standards in a more playful, whole child engaging way.

We know our tools, resources, curriculum and training work because we’ve developed them with kids.
