In this workshop, we present the scientific research linking movement and pretend play with social, emotional and academic success and explore how to integrate more movement, play and yoga into your daily routine to deepen bonding, to model healthy fitness habits and to enhance physical, cognitive, emotional and social development.
We provide you with a solid, starter tool kit of games, activities, books, resources and self-regulation techniques such that you and your children can play more, stress less, learn more and fuss less! You will learn how to utilize the Move with Me DVDs with greater confidence and creativity as well as how to create your own movement stories from your favorite children's board or picture books.
