"I found the DVD to be very creative in that they told a story while incorporating movement.  I would rather have my child moving around if they are going to be watching TV.  The run time is 25 minutes which was a little long to keep my niece's attention but my son was able to stay with it.  Move with Me Action Adventures DVDs are a great way to include a little bit of structured movement time into your child's day.  During these cold winter months when you can spend time outside the action adventures give your child the chance to use up some of their energy and get their imagination going.  As we continue to watch the Birthday Gift I look forward to seeing my sons ability to follow the leader and do more and more of the movements grow."
